In this project, high merit and compete products such as construction decoration foam，sport equipment and filter membranes are produced with recycle polyurethane foam from waste vehicles. Collected recycle foam from waste vehicles were tested including hardness, rebound elasticity, density and absorption efficiency. The absorption efficiency is over 90%. Verification of scale up system of reusing of the polyurethane foam from waste vehicles will be introduced to environmental organization and related factories for reducing air pollution and increasing the reusing value of waste polyurethane foam.
